What's at the top of your Holiday Gratitude List?

What is on the top of your Holiday Gratitude List?

What's at the top of your Holiday Gratitude List?

This holiday season instead of getting carried away by all the things you need to do, spend some time acknowledging, celebrating, and expressing gratitude for all you have to be grateful for!!

My suggestion is to Make a Holiday Gratitude List: Do a brain dump onto a piece of paper of everything big and small you have to be grateful for. Gratitude has been shown to improve physical and mental health, self-esteem, sleep, increase mental strength, and so much more.

At the very top of my personal Holiday Gratitude List is…

I am so incredibly GRATEFUL for my FAMILY and my HEALTH

Actually that is at the top of my everyday gratitude list.

My family are the absolute LOVES of my life.

Each and every one of them.

It literally seems like just yesterday that my house was full and my days were filled with babies, diapers, feedings, playing at the park, tears, both theirs and mine lol, but true, baseball games, swimming, endless games and creativity, trips to the ER, fun, joy, love... Does that sound familiar?

Now my days aren't filled with those things on the regular but I enjoy every moment I get with each and every one of them whenever possible.

They are my passion. They are my reason to be healthy so we can enjoy a long and fun life together. They are also my reason to be successful in business. I want to spend as much time with them as possible and that means the funds necessary to enjoy our time together, a house, travel and vacations etc.

And, they are my reason to help other women to be able to enjoy a long and healthy life with their families as well 🩷

This photo is the closest to having all of us together in one place at Brock and Elise's Wedding in October, 2022.

Photo from left to right: Caden (#6), Jack (#5), Me, Brock (#4), Elise (wife of Brock), holding hand of Grace (my granddaughter and daughter of Alec and Kirstey), Makenna (#3), Callum (husband of Makenna) holding Lennox (my grandson and son of Makenna and Callum), Kirstey (wife of Alec) and Alec (#1). Conor (#2) was the only one missing from the photo.

And, we are adding on to the family... with not one but 2 new grandbabies in 2024! Brock and Elise are expecting a little boy in February and Lennox is expecting to be a big brother in May 2024 (parents to be Makenna and Callum 😊).

I am looking forward to more full houses, babies, diapers, feedings, playing at the park, tears, both theirs and mine lol, baseball games, swimming, endless games and creativity, NO trips to the ER, fun, joy, love...

This is a reminder to all of us this holiday season to be grateful for every moment we have with our family!! And, to pursue a healthy lifestyle as a gift to yourself and them💝
